Global sensitivity analysis of structural parameters for automobile air conditioning blower

چکیده
Abstract In new energy vehicles, due to the loss of traditional engine noise source coverage, air conditioning blower has become main noises. this work, simulation radius volute tongue (R), gap tongue(d), blade outlet angle (β) and profile(A) were conducted obtain influence degree each parameter on aerodynamic efficiency blower, numerical methods which verified by experimental test. A global sensitivity analysis (GSA) methodology was adopted study effect structural parameters automotive performance. The GSA results show that β greatest whose coefficient is 0.86 under target. maximum 0.82 targe. When taking all higher-order into consideration, it R have efficiency. According result second-order analysis, crucial for optimizing consider fit β. in provides a certain reference design reduction improvement blowers.
